FundsApp Wealth Technologies Pvt Ltd (“FundsApp”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an India-based financial technology company that provides a digital platform for mutual fund related services.

Our platform includes our website, web applications, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”) and is designed for individual investors and mutual fund distributors (MFDs). The Platform supports activities such as investor onboarding, portfolio viewing, reporting, transaction-related services, and account management.

Mutual fund investments and related transactions, where enabled, are facilitated through the Platform in association with registered intermediaries and ecosystem partners. FundsApp acts as a technology enabler and does not itself manage or operate any mutual fund schemes.

FundsApp Wealth Technologies Pvt Ltd operates from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and holds AMFI Registration Number (ARN): ARN-327453.

2) Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors who browse our website
  • Users who create or access accounts on the Platform
  • Individual Investors or Partners (MFDs) using the Platform
  • Authorized Admin and support users who use the Platform

  • Banking and payment-related information such as bank account details, IFSC codes, mandate details, or other information required to facilitate transactions, where enabled

  • Distributor-related information where MFD services are involved
